While Memocity remains under development, we might run beta testing programs. By participating in beta testing, users agree that the software is provided "as is" and Memocity disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Additionally, any comments, feedback, or suggestions you may provide are greatly appreciated. However, Memocity reserves the right to use or not use any of these materials, and you agree not to assert any ownership right of any kind.
